2021 Virtual Annual Conference - Vendor Registration

Due to COVID-19 and travel restrictions, the Annual Conference will be a virtual conference held over two days:
Tuesday, October 26 from 12-4PM and Wednesday, October 27 from 12-4PM.

Fee includes:
• Logo displayed on group slide
• Logo on NC-PC website
• Hyperlink to company site
• Intro before speakers
• Break out Zoom sessions
• $40 door prize provided

• Each vendor will receive a BRIEF introduction prior to the speaker presentations each day.
• Each vendor will receive “break out” Zoom sessions during breaks for attendees to visit with you.
• All registered vendors will have their logo displayed on our website WITH hyperlink to their website for one year.
• Each vendor will receive a list of registered attendees.
• Each registered vendor must supply their company logo and PP slide.
• The time slots are limited, and we reserve the right to end the registrations at any time.
• Vendors MUST have a webcam and audio to perform introduction or submit a video.
• Vendors who need CEUs MUST have webcam and audio and be present during entire sessions.
