2021 Virtual Annual Conference - Attendee Registration

Info & Requirements

1. Log in information and website details will be emailed a few weeks prior to start of conference. Link will be sent to email on this registration form. Please make sure email is correct.
2. Each attendee will need a laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile device with video and audio capabilities in order to receive CEU’s and credit for class attendance.
3. Display name on laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile device must match registration form.
4. Each attendee shall have an active webcam throughout the duration of the conference to assure the moderator can account for you.
5. Group attendees will still need their own device to assure accuracy for attendance.
