We have a new industry that processes and packages foods.  The waste from this process is high in BOD, TSS, and TP.  The foods they run are different from week to week (maybe day to day?)  Does anyone have an industry with a similar situation, and are you willing to talk to me about it?  Does the industry use a DAF? Biological system? Something else?  How does the industry's pretreatment system accommodate the settleable vs. soluble BOD?  How does it accommodate the revolving product line?  If you have experience to offer, please reach out to sarah.gornick@raleighnc.gov
