Was guidance ever given from the state or EPA on the question stated at the conference of "What do we do with a new SIU wanting to come to your POTW with known PFAS?" Can we deny industrial wastewater discharge? We can't give pfas limits on the permit. We can't remove the pfas. What if the industry cannot phase out their pfas realistically due to the nature of its process?
