Please share whether you cover your hospitals under an IU Permit!  I would like to remove my City's hospitals from being non-SIUs, for the reasons that they are not industrial in nature, they are thoroughly regulated by other entities such as ISO, and they have not caused us any problems in recent memory.  Additionally, keeping them on track with monitoring requirements, in my opinion, consumes more program resources than the data is worth.  Our attorney told me the SUO should be sufficient to regulate them but my management is nervous about not having them on a permit.
